Luxury boutique lodges, just a 5-minute bike ride from Utrecht city center, nestled in a green part of UNESCO World Heritage.

Our boutique lodges are decorated with high-quality designer furniture and accessories, with a focus on local, circular products. In the upper house you’ll find the kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob and an espresso machine. In the basement, the bathrooms are equipped with eco-friendly rain showers and some lodges have a relaxing two-person sauna.

Have lunch next to the Dom cathedral, dine on the waterfront: Waterlinie Lodges is located less than five minutes by bike from the famous Oudegracht in Utrecht's city centre. Indulge your culinary heart in one of the countless restaurants, old Dutch cafes and wharf cellars. 

Adventurers (even the youngest) can also have a great time in the downtown area. Sail, canoe or SUP through the canals and discover hidden gems along the quayside. Visit the Dom cathedral tower, escape to one of Utrecht's beautiful forests or go to a concert in Tivoli Vredenburg. There is plenty of entertainment for kids, from zoo's to children's theaters and beautiful parks with playgrounds. Visit the world-famous Miffy museum or go to the Railway Museum (fun for young and old!).
