Koffie & Ik (Coffee and I) is the perfect spot for coffee in the colorful Lombok district, just outside the center on the Vleutenseweg. This place is definitely worth a visit on a Sunday morning for an extensive breakfast. They also serve juices, breakfast, lunch, and homemade sweets. They have special laptop tables where you can take a seat to do a little bit of work. Be careful not to get distracted, it's so cozy that you probably don't get much work done.
