The miffy museum is the world in miniature and the most fun museum for toddlers. In the thematic areas, toddlers discover the world around them step by step, together with a parent or carer. Dick Bruna’s picture books are the inspiration for these worlds.

Explore miffy’s house, poppy pig’s shop and john’s farm. Do you know how a crosswalk works? Or what motor oil smells like? Discover it in the city. In every room, there is plenty to see, touch and learn. This way you get to explore the museum through play with miffy and her friends. Never been to a museum before? In ‘the museum’, you will discover what a museum is. Get to know Dick Bruna’s artworks, experiment with shape and colour, or build a work of art with blocks. Just be careful not to knock over your artsy tower!

Activities are organized regularly, such as multilingual storytime, tours in Dutch Sign Language and low-stimulus mornings.

There is a museum café in the museum where you can enjoy a snack and a drink. And across the road, in the Centraal Museum, you will find the museum shop with the loveliest miffy souvenirs.
