Enig­ma’s

"As part of the restoration of the Dom Tower, visual artist Krijn de Koning has designed an artwork. In the art project 'Enigma's', artist Krijn de Koning plays with perspective, height, and depth from the Dom Tower.

At four locations in the city—Park Lepelenburg, Zadelstraat, Janskerkhof, and the roof of the Springweg Parking Garage—you'll find a puzzling interplay of lines on the ground. When you stand on the Dom Tower, all the lines fall into place, revealing forms inspired by the Dom Tower. Additionally, a colorful 3D object will be added in Park Lepelenburg. From the Dom Tower, the flat line drawing and the 3D object merge into a unified whole.

The artwork is open to the public until the end of 2024, or at least as long as the restoration of the Dom Tower continues.
