The Stadskamer in Hoog Catharijne is a fifteen-meter high interior space that bridges the Catharijnesingel and connects two parts of the covered shopping center. With the large glass fronts, a glass roof and three transparent "water islands" you can admire Utrecht from a completely different angle.

It is the ideal place to relax during a shopping session, or to watch the Oudegracht through the transparent 'water islands'. You will also find many different eateries around the Stadskamer, such as MADO, Bagels & Beans and Comptoir Libanais. From this place, you can easily walk onto the Vredenburg square, or take the escalator to continue shopping in Hoog Catharijne.
