ROOST aan de Singel is a restaurant, bar, terrace and outdoor space all in one at a special location in Utrecht. On the edge of the center in Park Paardenveld with a view over the new canal. ROOST has one of the largest and sunniest terraces in the city. When the weather is not so nice, you can find a place in the indoor area or on the covered terrace. ROOST serves lunch, dinner and drinks. The dishes are prepared on an authentic South African braai from the outdoor kitchen. The dishes are prepared with local, responsible products.
